Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
Client: Any individual, business, or organization engaging ACN LOGO for logo design, branding, graphic design, or related creative services.
ACN LOGO: The creative design service provider responsible for designing logos, brand identities, graphics, and related visual branding solutions.
Project: The logo design, branding, or graphic design services, including all agreed deliverables and requirements outlined in a written proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement between ACN LOGO and the Client.
Deliverables: The final logo files, brand identity assets, design concepts, source files (where applicable), brand guidelines, and other creative materials produced as part of the agreed Project.
2. Logo Design Packages and Pricing
ACN LOGO offers a variety of logo design and branding packages. Pricing varies depending on the selected package and project requirements.
The quoted price applies only to the services included in the selected package. Additional logo concepts, revisions beyond the included limit, brand identity materials, source files, expedited delivery, trademark research, or any custom design services may incur additional charges.
3. Engagement of Services
3.1
The Client agrees to engage ACN LOGO for logo design and branding services as specified in the approved proposal, quotation, invoice, or agreement.
3.2
ACN LOGO will perform all services with reasonable skill, professional care, and industry standards based on the agreed project requirements.
4. Payment Terms
4.1
All payments must be made according to the agreed pricing and payment schedule.
4.2
ACN LOGO may require full payment, an upfront deposit, or milestone payments before beginning or continuing work on a Project.
4.3
Any additional design concepts, revisions, branding materials, or services requested beyond the original Project scope may require additional payment and may affect delivery timelines.
5. Project Timeline and Delivery
5.1
Project delivery typically ranges from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the selected package and project complexity. Delivery begins after all required information, design preferences, and applicable payments have been received.
5.2
Delivery schedules may be extended due to delays in receiving Client feedback, approvals, requested information, or unforeseen technical circumstances.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1
The Client agrees to provide all necessary business information, design preferences, company name, slogans (if applicable), reference materials, and timely feedback required for the Project.
6.2
Delays in providing required information or approvals may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
7. Revisions and Changes
7.1
The Client may request revisions as included within the selected package or agreed Project scope.
7.2
Additional revisions, new concepts, or changes outside the original Project scope may be subject to additional fees and revised delivery schedules.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
8.1
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved logo and agreed Deliverables will transfer to the Client, unless otherwise specified in writing.
8.2
ACN LOGO retains ownership of preliminary concepts, unused designs, templates, creative methods, design processes, and proprietary resources used during the Project.
8.3
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ACN LOGO reserves the right to display completed logo designs and branding projects in its portfolio and promotional materials.
9. Confidentiality
9.1
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or private information shared during the Project.
9.2
ACN LOGO will not disclose confidential business information to third parties without written authorization unless required by law.
10. Termination
10.1
Either party may terminate the Project by providing written notice.
10.2
The Client remains responsible for payment for all completed work, completed milestones, and any non-refundable costs incurred before termination.
10.3
Upon termination, ACN LOGO will provide all completed Deliverables that have been paid for, and any remaining services will be discontinued.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1
ACN LOGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the completed logo, branding materials, or related services.
11.2
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all names, trademarks, slogans, images, and materials supplied for the Project are legally owned or authorized for use.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.
