1. General Policy

We make every effort to deliver professional and original design solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

As a gesture of goodwill, ACN LOGO may offer refunds for eligible logo design and branding projects. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of our management team.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

New logo design projects are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered within 30 days of your purchase, you may submit a refund request for review.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method or, where applicable, as account credit.

5. Payment Method

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser using the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever possible.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or been delivered:

  • Custom logo design concepts that have already been created.

  • Branding and brand identity packages after delivery.

  • Additional design revisions purchased beyond the included package.

  • Rush or expedited design services.

  • Custom illustrations, mascot designs, or artwork created specifically for the Client.

  • Stock images, fonts, or other third-party licensed assets purchased on the Client’s behalf.

  • Any completed design work approved by the Client.

7. Design Ownership

Ownership of the final approved logo and design files transfers to the Client only after full payment has been received. Preliminary concepts, unused designs, working files, and rejected logo concepts remain the intellectual property of ACN LOGO unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a refund is approved, the Client agrees not to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or claim ownership of any concepts, artwork, or materials created by ACN LOGO as part of the refunded project.
